Salmon brushed with Japanese sweet Soya sauce, slightly torched and topping with Tobikko.
Torched slice sous vide wagyu beef drizzled with black garlic sauce serve with onsen egg, top with tobikko.
Delicious and reasonably priced. Only issue is that my favourite grilled beef rib eye has not been available due to supplier’s stock availability. Suggest you change to other reasonably priced beef. The wagyu offered as alternative is not for everyday lunch dining.
This is the best yakitori restaurant in Spore, IMHO it’s comparable to the best in Japan too. I usually use Nanbantei as the basis of comparison to any yakitori restaurant.
Great food! I had the truffle korobuta don and loved it.
